Netflix's YOU: Every Main Character Ranked From Worst To Best
4. Delilah Alves
Steadfast, brave, smart and loyal to the one person close to her, Delilah is a character who has a lot to go up against in the show but comes out on top almost every time. Her one mistake in mistrusting Joe does end up being a deadly one, however almost every single other thing she thinks and acts upon is proven right by the time things are done.
Her initial distrust of Joe, which eventually grows into a friendship as they spend more time together, is one of the most believable arcs the show has ever thrown up, and she deserves a lot of recognition for being one of the few people to investigate Joe well enough to uncover his sinister other world when her suspicions sneak in.
Similarly to Candace, she isn't even taken out by Joe in the end, it's Love that gets that honour. He locks her in his cage, but she once again is able to use her judgement, logic and survivor skills to make it to the point where he is genuinely all ready to let her go free once he's all set to leave LA, something audiences hadn't ever seen a girl manage to achieve with Joe before.
