Once Upon A Time: 10 Characters Who Totally Got The Shaft

2. King Georgeouat george

For all of Season 1, King George served as a minor bad guy in the Enchanted Forest. While Regina was obviously the big bad, King George helped serve as a different point of evil, with his tense relationship with Charming and his belief that love is weakness. His Storybrooke introduction in €œChild of the Moon€ shows George setting up a complex scheme to discredit Charming€™s position as Sheriff and frame Ruby for murder. At the end of the episode, he burns Jefferson€™s hat, which was the last hope at reuniting Charming (who was stuck in Storybrooke) with Snow (who was in the Enchanted Forest at this time). And then€we see absolutely nothing of him for the rest of the season. King George in Storybrooke opened up a wide range of plots and possibilities for the Storybrooke part of Season 2€™s first half which, let€™s be honest here, have been iffy at best (talking about you, €œThe Crocodile.€) King George in Storybrooke could have been an excellent counterpart to Cora in the Enchanted Forest. Instead, we got€absolutely nothing.
