Peaky Blinders: Each Main Character Ranked From Worst To Best

It's a shame Aberama Gold won't be sticking around long enough that the running joke could be his drastic hair changes between each season, but alas a two-season arc is all we get from the great Aidan Gillen.

Aberama Gold is a gypsy hitman who begins to work for the Shelby family in Season Four. He also begins an endearing romantic relationship with Polly before getting Thomas' blessing to marry her. Aberama is dangerous and charismatic and was a welcome addition to the Shelby ranks.

After Jimmy McCavern kills his son Bonnie, Aberama becomes single-minded in his quest for revenge, which sadly leads to his own demise when he is ambushed trying to take out McCavern at the end of Season Five. It's sad to see a character who brought a degree of swagger to the rather broody Shelby clan depart the show so soon.
