2. “The Gift” (Voyager - Season 4, Episode 2)

Since the trailers have shown that Seven Of Nine is introduced as part of Picard's expanded crew - or at least as a useful ally at one point in the forthcoming show - and we're likely to see a lot of exploration into Borg individualism, the cures to assimilation and Borg and android rights, it's important to look back at where Seven broke from the collective.

In "The Gift," her neural link to the collective is severed and she struggles with adapting to the new change as her body rejects her cybernetic enhancements (which may explain Hugh's new look in Picard too). Interestingly, the episode also has Seven begging to be returned to the collective even as she's "cured" against her will, which will definitely be a morality point in Picard as we see Borg's being experimented on.

It's also an episode devoted to exploring the difference between AI and humanity, which again might as well be in the hashtags for Picard.
