Before he became the Patron Saint of Murderers the Saint was an ordinary man like you or me. Well, when we say ordinary what we actually mean is he was human. But there was nothing ordinary about this unnamed former soldier. He was a violent berserker on the war field, feared and respected in his own time. When his time as a soldier came to an end he actually managed to find a woman who saw through his tough exterior and began a relationship but it was always doomed to fail and they would end up dead with the future Saint of Killers unable to save them. Following his own death the man is spared a life in Hell to become God's own bounty hunter - an unstoppable, gun slinging bastard that cannot and will not be stopped until he has you in his sights staring down the barrel of his mystical six shooter. But not only is this birth an intriguing sub plot there's also the whole revelation about the circumstances of how and why he died in which that leads him on a path to face off against the man responsible for the Hell he carries with him.
