PRISON BREAK’s T-Bag returning for BREAKOUT KINGS?

Bizarre news has surfaced via Michael Ausiello that Prison Break writers Matt Olmstead and Nick Santora are keen to cast Robert Knepper in their new A&E series Breakout Kings, to reprise his Prison Break character Theodore "T-Bag" Bagwell. Breakout Kings concerns a partnership between a team of U.S Marshalls and a gang of convicted criminals, both working together to catch escaped fugitives. Fox were considering the series, but eventually turned it down, only for A&E to pick it up for an early 2011 premiere. The official promo is below:

Knepper was undoubtedly one of the more enjoyable aspects of Prison Break, but is he willing to reprise a role he's already played for four years, in a show that sounds vaguely similar to the setup behind Prison Break's final season? Time will tell if the prospect of working with Olmstead and Santora again appeals to the 51-year-old actor...
