Ranking Every DCAU Show And Film Worst To Best

12. Batman: Mystery Of The Batwoman

Justice League Fatal Five
Warner Bros.

The final of the DCAU's original quartet of films officially introduced another member of the Caped Crusader's iconic Bat-Family.

Released in 2003, this direct-to-video offering took place between the events of The New Batman Adventures series and the flashback scenes from Batman Beyond: Return of The Joker, and saw the arrival of a new vigilante in Batwoman - who, unlike Robin and Batgirl, wasn't actually associated with the Dark Knight.

It's undoubtedly a great watch and, more than anything, it's nice to get to spend an extended amount of time in the world of The New Batman Adventures (given that it's the lesser appreciated era of Batman: The Animated Series), but at times it plays more like an extended episode than a film and it never quite reaches the grandeur of the Dark Knight's other feature-length DCAU entries.

Also, given what we knew about the series, Bruce's relationship with Barbara Gordon just felt all kinds of wrong.
