18. Finn Cooley (Daredevil)
He may have only appeared in one episode of season two of Daredevil, but it's safe to say that Finn Cooley, a high-ranking member of the Irish mob in Hell's Kitchen, made the most of his time.
After all, he's one of only two people who successfully managed to capture and torture the Punisher (the other being William Rawlins, who was a main villain.) What makes Cooley stand above Rawlins, and so many others, however, is the sheer swagger he brings to the screen.
Tony Curran is a fantastic actor, after all. And he managed to portray this gangster in a manner that was convincing, intimidating, and appropriately rage-filled (given his character's motive of revenge for his fallen son), all without feeling too over-the-top or cartoonish.
