10 Greatest Punisher Moments From Daredevil: Season 2
8. 'Sounds Like A Party'
Sending The Punisher to prison is like sending a nymphomaniac to a nymphomaniac convention. Everybody's gonna get f***ed.
Despite being on the verge of actually winning the case (or getting the best possible scenario compared to what he was being convicted for), Frank lets it all go to waste in a forced rant, exclaiming that he enjoyed each and every kill and guaranteeing himself an orange jumpsuit. The reason being the incarcerated Wilson Fisk promised Frank information on the men he was hunting.
What's Frank's response to being told he'll go to gen pop? 'Sounds like a party'.
And what a party it was. Betrayed by Fisk, Frank is locked in a hall of cells, which are then opened. In a beautiful ballet of brutality, Frank murders all eight of his opponents. A red stain of blood, shaped like that of a skull, adorned on his shirt and a crimson mask to rival Ric Flair and Frank lays atop the carnage, exhausted.
A visceral, primal affair that should probably make me wonder why I love stuff like this so much.
