Morty might not have the best luck with his crush Jessica but he does with other women. Dating is a very complex thing that no one has ever figured out, it is just something you do and hope you learn from past relationships.
Throughout the show, we see Morty approach total strangers and try to flirt with them. The majority of the time this works for him and he ends up dating someone new, even if it is for a short amount of time.
Maybe not everyone has the confidence to approach a stranger and flirt but we all do like to discuss mutual interests with others, even if we don't see it as flirting. Sometimes that might turn into a relationship or not, but the point is that there is always room for someone new in Mortys life, same as ours.
