Though Risotto holds Rick directly responsible, all he did was sell weapons to the people that actually committed the deed. Arms dealing with questionable people is still pretty skeevy though, so it warrants its place on this list.

This all occurs when Rick is in charge of looking after Jerry, and so takes him to a spa with an Immortality Field to stop Jerry killing himself. While being so open about the fact he doesn’t trust Jerry not to end his miserable life is a little mean, he’s at least coming from a good place.

One of the examples Rick uses to demonstrate the Immortality Field to Jerry is two kids playing with guns. Later, as Groupon causes a malfunction in an attempt to assassinate Rick, we return to the kids with a very dark twist. In a show not afraid to go bleak, this might even be the darkest moment yet.

Not knowing the Field is down, the boy shoots his sister in the head, collapsing to his knees and asking ‘Lisa?’ sadly as she doesn’t get up.

It’s not Rick’s fault, per se, but having been at least partially responsible for the enslavement, it still counts as one of his worst deeds.
