Riverdale: Ranking Every Character From Worst To Best
10. Kevin Keller
Kevin Keller's history on Riverdale has been an unusual one. Initially only appearing as a recurring character throughout the first season, fans grew attached to Kevin (and his relationship with Joaquin) and actor Casey Cott rather quickly - so it was hardly surprising that he was promoted to a series regular for the second.
The ironic thing is that Kevin felt much more relevant to the plot in the first season than he has in any of the subsequent ones. He's never given the screen-time that the likes of his best friend Betty, Jughead, Archie, Veronica or even Cheryl get and that makes him feel like less of an important character - which is disappointing considering how integral he was in Season 1.
Kevin is a real asset to the show, and yet he is consistently used as an antagonistic plot device for standalone episodes before eventually learning his lesson and disappearing back into obscurity. He deserves better than that, and so does Casey Cott.
