Riverdale Season 3: 7 Major Questions That Must Be Answered Before The Finale
2. How Does The Farm Make People See The Dearly Departed?
Of all the people who willingly became members of The Farm, none have been more infuriating than Alice Cooper. Initiated into the institution over the summer, the beloved character hasn't stopped talking about it since. While that hasn't particularly been a problem, her off-the-wall behaviour is another story altogether, and it has left viewers wondering why the intrepid reporter has been so blind to its cult-like practices.
However, the latest episode revealed that she wasn't blind after all and that the real reason she has been bending-over-backwards for The Farm is due to the fact that Edgar was able to allow her to have conversations with her son Charles. That might seem like a fairly straightforward reason to the untrained eye but, as fans of the show know, Charles is supposedly dead. While you could suggest that, perhaps, Charles is alive after all, that doesn't explain how Cheryl Blossom was able to see her sibling Jason (who died pre-Season 1).
So the question remains: Just how does The Farm allow its members to see their deceased loved ones? Could this also be down to the hallucinogenic known as Fizzle Rocks, or is there something more terrifying at work here?
Speaking of which...
