4. Have We Ever Seen Nadia Alive?
Whenever the day restarts for Nadia, we return to her in the bathroom looking at her own reflection in the mirror. This is also how the show opens, but its implied that she is actually alive here and her getting hit by the car is the first time she dies, thus triggering the Groundhog Day effect.
But what if the first time Nadia died wasn’t actually the first time at all? She does recognise Horse before she dies and sees him again, so the opening of the show may very well be one of the resets.
Nadia could have been dead for two years for all we know. Time does work in strange and mysterious ways.
