3. Up - A Quick She-Hulk Recap

No, this writer isn’t talking about the ‘Previously On’ section that happens with every episode, though it has to be said that having Jennifer reference this week’s previously on as "my show" was perfect in the face of what could ultimately have been the biggest show-stealing cameo of them all.

Instead, this recap was of the kind of things Jen has been up to throughout the series that would have pissed off the small section of audiences overcome by toxic masculinity. Some of the online hate towards She-Hulk is ridiculous, and it is wonderful to see the show not shy away from it.

After Bruce Banner asked Jen what she would do as a Hulk if she doesn’t want to be a superhero, fans were treated to a quick montage of She-Hulk twerking, her dating and sex life, and generally being Jen in She-Hulk form. How else better to put up one big middle finger to the people criticising the show simply because of its strong female presence?
