She-Hulk: Attorney At Law Episode One Review - 7 Ups & 3 Downs

Just like the humour that makes a Marvel movie a Marvel movie, the post-credit scene has come to be something that fans can expect every time. While there are usually multiple at the end of each movie, these have typically only been employed in the final few episodes of a series.

She-Hulk is the first that used a post-credit scene in the very first episode of the series, and it is genuinely one of the best on the streaming platform so far. Referencing back to a conversation had by Jen and Bruce throughout the episode, fans were finally given an answer on whether or not Steve Rogers was a virgin.

This was hilarious, made so not only by the subject but by Tatiana Maslany herself. Apparently Captain America’s ass didn’t deserve to die a virgin, and it was impossible not to like her even more after this scene, which needed to be after the credits rather than in the main body of the episode thanks to the timing of the cut.

This is a tentative up, as the show won’t need to do something like this after every single episode so as not to overdo it and lose its effect. Hopefully, this is it until the latter stages of the season.
