South Park: 10 Most Controversial Moments

Mr. Garrison has been a consistently-interesting/controversial character because whether he's trying to get fired or simply working through his anger, he's almost always doing something troubling. Not exactly surprising, considering his history with Mr. Slave and his reign as President.

One Garrison moment that certainly garnered reactions from audiences was his demonstration of condom application to the kids in the 'Proper Condom Use' episode. To demonstrate proper technique, he puts a condom in his mouth and places it on a model penis in a (purposely) drawn-out sequence that horrifies the kids.

British satellite channel Sky One refused to air the episode, and while Stone & Parker were able to release it without CC's recommended edits, but reruns did remove the sections where Garrison made any oral contact with his sizable 'model.' Leave it to those two to fight for their right to show a 4th-grade teacher giving oral sex to a model penis.
