South Park: 10 Times Eric Cartman Got What He Deserved

8. Cartman Gets A Taste Of His Own Medicine

Episode: Go God Go XII (Season 10, Episode 13)

It would seem almost impossible for Cartman to experience someone as awful as himself but in the realms of South Park, anything goes as he literally gets to speak to his future self.

It starts with Cartman’s ongoing impatience for the release of the Wii Fit. With the help of Butters, he freezes himself in one of South Park’s large mountains to get straight to the release of the new game console without the agony of waiting for it. A freak avalanche causes him to become a lost child who won’t be discovered until five centuries later.

Since Wii Fits barely exist in the year 2546 and can’t properly function anyway, Cartman must find a way of altering the past so that never has to go to future in the first place. In his favour, a new toy is released which allows you to make prank phone calls to anybody in the past. Cartman seizes his opportunity to call himself in the past and insists that he must be patient. The present Cartman gets angered, thinking it’s just a prank from Kyle and ignores the advice. Future Cartman tries again but the Eric of 2006 continues to ignore him.

For once, Cartman literally gets to experience how annoying he is. And he literally hates himself. The irony.
