1. Accidentally Murdering Through Tap Dance... Twice - You Got F'd In The A
Pile up all the bodies that Cartman has made throughout the show's run, and it wouldn't be as many as Butters created in a single episode. And more amazing is it happened by total accident.
In 2002, Butters was the Colorado State tap dancing finalist but during his performance at the show his shoe flew off and hit a lighting rig, which caused the heavy equipment to fall and crush 8 people (also 3 others by proxy due to unborn children and suicide).
This resulted in years of therapy and him never even being able to look at his bloodstained tap shoes again.
Two years later and Stan has been served by a gang of dancers. After serving them back, it's on (or for normal people, they're having a dance contest) and Stan must gather the best dancers in South Park.
However, with slim pickings he tries to enlist Butters. While he initially refuses, he decides to confront his fears and put the shoes on one more time to show those kids what real dancing is!
Then his shoe slipped off and hit a lighting rig, which crushed the entire opposing team. The South Park Diggities win and Butters years of therapy have to start all over again.
