It's Doctor Crusher trapped in a Harlequin romance novel with a ghost! That's pretty much all you need to know to understand how unbearably bad this episode is. Of course, all of this badness is compounded exponentially by the fact that Crusher's grandmother had previously involved in a romantic trist with this same ghost (um, ick) and the fact that the ghost is played by Zorro, who actually was able to redeem himself in Star Trek as Shakar on DS9.
