11. Here Lies Leland
Chalk this up to the writers really wanting us to know the Control story is officially tied up: Georgiou is seen parading around the corridors of Discovery with Leland on her boots.
Later, in engineering test bay alpha (or maybe just engineering, the show has never been clear on what part of the ship this is), poor Gene the Hazmat guy is seen dumping clumps of Leland's remains into a sterile container.
The last time we saw Leland in "Such Sweet Sorrow, Part 2", Georgiou had magnetized the spore chamber to destroy the nanotechnology Control was using to occupy Leland's body. Cleary Georgiou left the chamber going for a while, magnetizing poor Leland's body to a bloody pulp.
