Natasha Yar was like a shooting star, burning bright but gone ever so quickly. She was a strong warrior, beloved by the crew, and played a key part in the first year of the ship’s expedition before unfortunately meeting an untimely death.

Yar was a character with a rough and brutal past, yet she never allowed this to cloud her judgement and always did what was best for the ship. Her primitive battle in Code of Honour showed off her physical prowess and knack for fighting.

While most certainly overshadowed in the series by her replacement, Worf, Tasha remains a crucial part of the early episodes of Next Generation and a fan-favourite amongst those who remember her.
