Star Trek Lower Decks: Every Easter Egg & Hidden Reference From 'Envoys'

Amongst the many deep-cut aliens milling around in this episode are two Ariolos chatting each other up in the establishing shot of Little Qo'noS and seen manning one of the stalls that Mariner and Boimler pass in their hunt for K'orin.

These aliens were seen in the Federation Council chamber in Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home, but their name was given to them by FASA's 1986 Star Trek IV Sourcebook, which explained that the aliens are hedonistic musicians with centaur-like bodies from the planet Fillandia.

This is the first time we've seen these aliens since The Voyage Home and the first time we've seen their full bodies, canonizing the Sourcebook's description of Ariolos.
