Star Trek Lower Decks: Every Easter Egg & Hidden Reference From 'Envoys'

The Risian section of Tulgana IV is distinguished by a large Horga'hn, the symbol of the planet Risa and a signal that you're looking to get down and have some jamaharon, whatever that entails.

Both these touchstones of Risian sex culture were established in the TNG episode "Captain's Holiday" and later seen in DS9's "Let He Who Is Without Sin...".

Several aliens chilling near the giant Horga'hn appear to have small circles tattooed on their foreheads, like the Risians seen in DS9 and Enterprise's "Two Days and Two Nights".

There's also what appears to be two bald Klingons nearby, possibly the first time we've seen Star Trek: Discovery-style Klingons outside that series and Short Treks, but then again, these could be nondescript aliens that just happen to look like Disc-ons.
