Finally, as Mariner and Boimler dump K'orin on doorstep of the Federation Embassy, a wide shot reveals the embassy is nearly identical to the United Earth Embassy on Vulcan from the Star Trek: Enterprise episode "The Forge".

This could mean that the Federation's presence on Tulgana IV goes as far back as the 22nd century and the Federation just slapped their seal over the United Earth logo when that agency was dissolved into the UFP.

Either that or we're overthinking it, but that's what you came here for, right? Yeah it is.
