Star Trek Lower Decks: Every Easter Egg & Hidden Reference From 'Envoys'

When Mariner and Boimler finally track down K'orin at the Federation Embassy, a tall structure with a bird-like sculpture on its roof can be seen in the distance. This building is very similar to buildings that appeared in the matte painting of Romulus in Star Trek Nemesis and Star Trek: Enterprise's season four episode "Babel One". The bird-like sculpture is also similar to the Romulan insignia established for this timeframe in Nemesis.

While it's not mentioned on screen, this is an indication that, in addition to Klingon, Andorian, and Risian districts, Tulgana IV also has a Romulan section.
