Star Trek Picard: Every Easter Egg & Hidden Reference From 'Stardust City Rag'

There's an offscreen trip to Party City apparently as Raffi outfits Rios and Picard in "appropriately sinister" disguises for their trip down to Freecloud.

Raffi provides Picard, Rios, Elnor, and Seven with a transporter pattern enhancer for their getaway. These devices were ubiquitous in Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Voyager, notably appearing in TNG's "Power Play" and "Ship in a Bottle". They also showed up a hundred years in the past in Star Trek: Discovery's "Brother" where they were appropriately larger than their 24th century counterparts.

Raffi's transporter pattern enhancer is a handheld device, a sign the technology has advanced significantly since their last chronological appearance in Voyager's "Friendship One".
