Star Trek The Next Generation: Where Are They Now?

1. Michael Dorn

Michael Dorn was always guaranteed a place in TV history by virtue of his stoic but heroic Worf being the series’ first Klingon main cast character, but the actor didn’t stop after wrapping up work on The Next Generation.

A tough and honourable presence, Worf’s place between human and Klingon culture allowed the show’s writers to explore questions of identity and self, and Dorn was more than up to the task of selling these quandaries without sacrificing the character’s intense and uncompromising essence.

Since the end of the Next Generation Work went on to appear in the movies Insurrection and Nemesis, whilst Dorn can be seen out of Klingon make up in 2017’s sci-fi drama The Man from Earth: Holocene and the DCEU animated offering Wonder Woman: Bloodlines, as well as a cameo in Seth MacFarlane’s Ted 2—although that one is sort of in costume.
