Star Wars: The Bad Batch - 10 Unresolved Plot Points It Must Answer
2. The Aftermath Of Order 66
Speaking of Order 66, it will be interesting to see exactly what role The Bad Batch will play in it.
Lucasfilm has already confirmed that the show will take place immediately after the event but that does not mean the Batch was not involved in some way. After all, their bizarre and often violent methods would have been excellent to combat Jedi who had studied regular clone tactics.
It could be, however, that due to the clones' defective nature, they were never given inhibitor chips in the first place, meaning they wouldn't have partaken in Order 66. This would leave only Echo as the trooper with order implanted, which could mean that his new teammates will have to figure out what's gone on themselves.
Since the show takes place after Order 66 it is entirely possible the Batch was involved, but don't rule out the possibility it may show the team regretting their participation in the brutal affair.
