Stargate: 10 Times The Show Made Huge Mistakes

5. That Is A Well Made Desk

Stargate Anubis
MGM

In the fantastic seventh season finale, Lost City, Anubis finally arrives in orbit of Earth, ready to bring destruction down on the planet. Much like the other Goa'uld System Lords that humanity have encountered, he does enjoy a nice boast.

He uses his hologram technology to beam an image of himself into the Oval Office, startling the President and Vice-President, along with many secret service officers.

True to their training, the secret service quickly draw their weapons and fire many, many shots at Anubis. As he is only a projection, they all pass directly through him.

However, while a barrage of bullet fire should at least shown some damage to the wall behind him - there isn't a scratch on the desk, walls or windows.

Whatever else can be said about this - that is a very well made room!
