Stranger Things: 15 Best Easter Eggs (So Far)
11. The Invisibles
The seventh episode of Stranger Things' second season remains the show's most divisive offering to this date, but that doesn't take away from just how much of a vivid experience it was - something brought about by both its setting in the city, and the band of misfits that Eleven crossed paths with.
One thing that stood out in particular was the graffiti all over their base, as it contained the names King Mob, O' Bedlam and Barbelith. In case you weren't aware, that's a reference to Grant Morrison's The Invisibles - a DC/Vertigo comic book series that ran in the mid '90s and featured characters and/or entities with those names.
This is a pretty neat reference, given that The Invisibles centred on a group of outsiders who rebel against oppresion in society through violence and various supernatural means - much like Kali and her gang in the episode.
We may not have gotten to know the newcomers all that well, but it's good to know that they are all apparently big Grant Morrison fans.
