21. The Toyman

The guy who has a pretty obvious crush on Kara (which she seems completely oblivious too) is Winslow "Winn" Schott, a tech expert who she works alongside at CatCo. However, to comic book fans, Winslow is best known as the villainous Toyman, a deranged supervillain who uses toys as weapons and believes adults are somehow ruining the world for children. He doesn't appear to have much at all in common with his comic book counterpart, and so it's probably unlikely that he'll take a villainous turn in the series any time soon. Instead, he will more than likely have a similar role here to Caitlin Snow in The Flash, a character who in the comics is actually a supervillain known as Killer Frost. Maybe he just collects toys?
