Supernatural: Every Major Villain Ranked Worst To Best

The Four Horseman had been teased throughout the show long before their eventual appearance.

Sam and Dean had already become well acquainted with one of the riders, Death, who had become a fan favourite. Perhaps it was the incredible performance of Death that made the other three seem so disappointing in comparison.

None of the horsemen really presented much of a threat despite how terrifying Death could be at times. Each horseman only lasted a single episode before having their rings removed and their physical form reverted.

The threat presented by the individuals boiled down to a few towns being inconvenienced as they were defeated just as quickly as they had arrived.

The three deserved much more screentime at the very least and ended up feeling like a time-waster until the boys could make their way to Lucifer.
