5. The Outrageous Personalities
Im half-machine I can process things at a speed that is out of this world, Im an innovator and leader in business. I take inspiration from Napoleon I am here to conquer, I have the energy of a Duracell bunny, the sex appeal of Jessica Rabbit and a brain like Einstein, garble but a few of this season's hopefuls. Yep, business acumen they have by the bucket load but modesty they do not have. But then, that's what makes the show great. You need a strong personality if you're going to cut it as Sir Alan's business partner and a bit of flamboyancy here and there makes for entertaining viewing. Comments such as these also provide us, the viewer, with ammunition when deciding which of these arrogant hopefuls we detest the most and because it draws us in like this, we find it difficult to look away and that is perhaps just one reason why the series has enjoyed such longevity.
