1. Alan Sugar's "Finger Of Doom"

TheApprenticeYou'reFired That brings us lastly to the single most famous index fingers in television and one of the main reasons that makes The Apprentice so watchable. Sir Alan Sugar's "finger of doom" is the gesture he gives to candidates who he deems unworthy, and is often complimented by some withering statement like "I don't want to see your face in the boardroom anymore, you're fired." It's like a finishing move in the WWE. It's reality television's equivalent of a Stone Cold Stunner and it's immensely entertaining to watch. Perhaps one of the single most devastating hand gestures around, it is Sir Alan's index finger that has ended the dreams of 120 contestants since the series' first aired back in February 2005 with many more casualties still to come.
