1. Leonard & Penny's Relationship Being Tested
Of course, one of the biggest questions that was raised after the series 6 finale was how Leonard and Penny's relationship would handle the hassle that is long distance while he's away working for Dr. Stephen Hawking. Clearly any relationship would suffer under such duress and there's only a certain amount of time a person can go without physical intimacy in a relationship. With Leonard on a boat in the middle of the ocean, it's not like Penny can just drop by for a visit. We've seen Penny and Leonard kept apart by distance before, when Leonard went off to the North Pole. Penny bought him a leaving present then (above) and clearly missed him, but their relationship was at a completely different stage back then. It remains to be seen if the relationship between the pair lasts or if one (or both) end up meeting someone else. We can't help but feel that in such an eventuality, it would be Penny to do the cheating, but then, if it transpired that Leonard had been chatting online to Priya again, things could get awkward.
