Penny Finally Falls In Love
The road with Leonard and Penny has been a rough road traveled, to say the very least. Over the past 6 seasons it has literally been an on-again, off-again affair with no real traction or progress being made until this season. With Season 6 we have finally turned the corner, and Leonard becomes the luckiest man alive as Penny finally realizes, and admits, that she has fallen for him. As the season has drawn to a close, Penny has had her share of great moments too. Most recently she sat in awe and watched Sheldon and Leonard relive their childhood by way of guest star Bob Newhart, who portrayed their childhood television science influence; Penny also took part in a game Dungeons and Dragons with the guys and their girls. While these are all cute scenes for sure, the bigger and better scenes were the ones where Penny spent one on one time with Leonard, where she was able to let herself go and get wrapped up in all the reasons she cares for him. Season 7 is going to be the real test of their relationship, however, as Leonard gets a job offer to close out season 6, one that will take him out of Pasadena should he decide to move on.
