One of the many subplots throughout season three of the Boys, outside of the titular group’s constant clashes with Vought and the Seven, was A-Train’s journey. Once the fastest man on planet Earth, he now found himself one run away from a potentially fatal heart attack.

Though still technically in the Seven, A-Train disgusted Homelander and needed to find a way to reinvent his image. This came in the way of getting in touch with his roots, which was clearly a shameless attempt to change the public’s opinion of him. What it did do however, was put him on a collision course with Blue Hawk.

This previously unseen supe was a vile racist who terrorised black neighbourhoods, hiding behind self-defence as a weak excuse. When asked to apologise, he only antagonised the black community further with horrendous accusations and disgusting racist comments and remarks. With Vought being Vought, Blue Hawk essentially faced zero consequences, something that A-Train looked to rectify at Herogasm.

Blue Hawk had miraculously survived Soldier Boy’s explosion at the big superhero orgy, but he didn’t survive A-Train. The former fastest man in the world grabbed the naked supe and ran, reaching super speed while dragging him across the road until there was basically nothing left of him.
