There are some truly bizarre characters in the Boys, there always have been. One of the weirdest from the very beginning has been the Deep, who had a strange relationship with creatures of the sea, once spoke to his own gills, and basically joined a cult in the show’s second season.

Season three saw him finally free of the Church of the Collective’s grasp, and with a new wife by his side to support his journey back into the world of the Seven. However, his insane sexual fetish, one that was hidden from his wife at first was ultimately revealed.

Deep’s relationship with aquatic creatures has always been a little suspect, but in season three this was taken to a whole new level. He looked at Timothy the octopus for ‘inspiration’ while having sex with his wife, he was caught having sex with another sea creature at herogasm, and he tried to bring a mollusk into bed for a threesome. Of course, she left him. Who wouldn’t at this point?

This was weird enough when The Simpsons joked about it being Troy McClure’s fetish nearly 30 years ago, but this was just as ridiculous, and just as graphic as you would expect from The Boys.
