7. Homelander Is About To Lose Control
Things did not go well for Homelander during season two. While he was on top of the world for a brief spell, his world fell apart after Stormfront was left without her limbs and his son, Ryan, ended up being taken from him thanks to Queen Maeve and Billy Butcher.
As you might expect, all that looks set to push the leader of the Seven over the edge. During a recent interview, actor Antony Starr revealed what showrunner Eric Kripke has told him about where things go next for his character. "His description for Homelander Season 3 was, 'Two words, homicidal maniac.'"
"That’s all I know," he added. "I’m actually looking forward to seeing Homelander off the leash. It’ll be really fun, just seeing him go unhinged and exact revenge. If you look at the end of Season 2, some people should be more scared than others, for sure. William Butcher should always have an alarm bell ringing in his head, and I think some other people have firmly put themselves in the line of fire."
