The Boys Season 3: Every Character Ranked Worst To Best

The big plot twist at the end of season two revealed that outspoken senator Victoria Neuman was in fact an opportunist supervillain with the ability to blow people's heads up. She seemed poised to be season three's big bad, but this seems to be an idea that'll come to pass in season four.

Despite being much more sidelined than anyone was expecting, though, there's still a lot to love with Neuman's development, particularly the way she's grown close to Hughie Campbell, and how she's used her political power to move through Congress to become a frontrunner for the Vice Presidency.

That's not to mention her complex ties to now-former Vought CEO Stan Edgar, and her desire to make her young daughter a supe, so she's protected by Victoria's enemies. Most of her development this time around has been set-up for bigger things, but her potential going forward is massive.

It's a shame she wasn't given more to do, but Victoria has definitely become one of the more intriguing characters in the show.
