9. Joel McHale

The Daily Show and Last Week Tonight took up so much of Oliver's time, in fact, that he was mostly absent from his other work during their duration. Which is a shame, because his supporting role in the cult NBC sitcom Community as unscrupulous Professor Duncan was a fun foil to Joel McHale's disbarred lawyer Jeff Winger. Community was finally cancelled by NBC, but is set to return as a Yahoo! web series. Oliver is probably still too busy to appear, but once filming's ended, perhaps Joel McHale might find himself with some spare time? Apart from Community McHale is best known for hosting the topical comedy show The Soup on the E! Network. Like The Daily Show, it airs every week day, and McHale has hosted pretty much every one of it's 500+ episodes. The topics are usually a little lighter than The Daily Show but the workload, sharp scripts and ad-libbing are all things McHale is adept at.
