The Falcon & The Winter Soldier: Every Main Character Ranked From Worst To Best

Let's just start this entry by commending Wyatt Russell for his standout performance as John Walker. He has received some ridiculous hate online, but put in a phenomenal show as a character that was supposed to be hated. It takes a special skill to get an entire fanbase to hate you after just seconds of screen time and no dialogue, but this is what happened with Walker.

The new Captain America seemed to be the opposite of Steve Rogers in just about every way, with the exception of the blonde hair and blue eyes, and made for a truly detestable villain throughout the series. He killed a Flag Smasher in cold blood, and stopped Sam from talking Karli down from her rampage without the need for any further violence.

However, in the final episode he showed that he does actually have a conscience, as he stopped fighting Karli to try and save a van load of innocent people who were among those that had him stripped of the Captain America title.

The fact that fans aren't sure exactly how they're supposed to feel about Walker after the finale, or where he sits on the good/evil spectrum, proves what a complex and multi-layered character he is, as well as his value to the MCU going forward.
