The Falcon & The Winter Soldier: Every Main Character Ranked From Worst To Best

The series may have been titled The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, but make no mistake, this was Sam Wilson's show. From start to finish, the story ran through Sam, and the weight of the shield and the legacy Steve left behind on his shoulders.

This went far deeper than just one hero taking on the mantle of another, and as Sam dealt with the far more important issues of racism, discrimination, and inequality still being present in the modern world, he truly stood out.

This was easily Anthony Mackie's best performance in the MCU, and he didn't look bad in the Captain America gear either. Despite the lack of super soldier serum, the former Falcon showed exactly why he deserved to take the mantle from Steve Rogers, and that Captain America was far more than just blond hair and blue eyes.

He stood up for everyone when he wore that uniform, and even though he didn't agree with Karli's methods, he could see that she had a point, and was prepared to fight for it in the right way.

There is a new Star-Spangled Man in the MCU, and no one deserves it more than Sam Wilson.
