The Flash: 10 Questions Season 7 MUST Answer

Oh Eobard, you never fail to shock, do you?

Perhaps the greatest villain that the Arrowverse has ever produced, Eobard Thawne has been haunting Barry Allen for decades... and he's not about to let something as trivial as a multiverse-altering Crisis stop him from doing so.

Yup, the Reverse-Flash resurfaced post-Crisis as he tried to commandeer the body of Nash Wells. Due to his association with the Harrison Wells persona, the multiverse basically thought he was one of them and he, like the rest, were thrown together inside of Nash's mind. And even though he derived pleasure in his quest to take over the Indiana Jones-like incarnation of Wells, he was ultimately expelled thanks to Team Flash.

However, Thawne is far from gone as his essence (and by essence we mean lightning) propelled itself into the atmosphere and lit up Central City like a lightning storm. And with that, it's pretty clear that he's destined to return. Some would even say it's a certainty.

Is he commanding the Godspeeds? Is he responsible for the lightning storm that creates Godspeed? Is he just set to return for some more good old-fashioned chaos? Whatever the reason, he must return early into Season 7... because we all know he was destined to appear in the original Season 6 finale.
