2. Which Jay Did We See On Earth-1?

Jay Garrick is Zoom. But, er, Jay Garrick has been hanging around on Earth-1, saying he was the Flash and that he lost his speed. So what does this mean? Is it simply that Zoom and Earth-1 Jay have been the same all along, and that he has been running between Earths, acting the good guy but being the bad one, and faking his feelings towards Caitlin and the whole 'lost my speed' thing? Or is he another version of Jay Garrick from another Earth? A speed mirage? And what about the guy in the iron mask, who tapped out the word Jay? This could get a little confusing, no wonder they've taken a month off.
