The Flash Season 2: 9 Things You Need To Know About Killer Frost

2. Her Archenemy Is Firestorm

While Killer Frost is certainly a recognizable comic book character, it€™s a safe assumption that most of what people know about her is stemming from The Flash. They€™ve stayed true to portions of the character, but one of the biggest deviations has been in her relationship with Ronnie Raymond, one half of Firestorm. That€™s because in the comics, they€™re not lovers, they€™re bitter enemies. No matter the version of the character, Killer Frost has always had it out for Firestorm. The original was spurned by Martin Stein, half of his alter-ego. Then there€™s Louise Lincoln, who blamed him for her friend€™s death. Finally, in modern times, Killer Frost sees Firestorm as an endless supply of fuel. That Killer Frost€™s greatest nemesis is Firestorm shouldn't be much of a surprise, fire and ice are natural opposites, after all. Their connection goes beyond that, however, because of Firestorm€™s ability to manipulate particles and matter. Killer Frost€™s condition goes beyond the realm of what he can fix and that connection has always bound their powers together as well.
