3. The Slowest Man Alive

Two weeks ago, Barry Allen was so enraged by the thought of someone harming his daughter that he literally ran circles around Cicada - who looked like he was standing still. Not that we really needed reminding of it, but this was living proof that The Flash still is the Fastest Man Alive. Fast forward two weeks and Barry's not even quick enough to see someone placing a set of metahuman handcuffs on him.

Of course, when a show that centers on the Fastest Man Alive runs all-year round, the writers are constantly under pressure to come up with unique new ways of de-powering him to make the villains-of-the-week threatening enough to headline a 40-minute episode. Unfortunately, this one just didn't work, especially considering how effective Barry's speed was in recent weeks.

Rage-induced Barry may have been a little meat-headed, but he got results. This Barry was just incompetent - a word we don't often associate with the Scarlet Speedster.
