4. Cisco's Absence

When 'Goldfaced' began, Caitlin revealed that Cisco had sent her the sample of the metahuman cure to corroborate his findings before she would ultimately send it back to him. This was undoubtedly pivotal in setting up the episodic plot, but it also informed us right out of the gate that Cisco would not be part of the episode.

Considering that he's currently working on the cure in the ice-cold Tannhauser facility, his absence does seem logical. However, this is now the second time in three episodes that the character hasn't been featured on the show and, given that they're all trying to successfully engineer the cure that he came up with, it was rather noticeable that he wasn't around.

When a show has a cast as large as The Flash does, it's unlikely that all of them will feature in every episode, but this season has been rather light in regards to Cisco and, as he's one of the founding members of Team Flash (not to mention the heart of the show), it would be nice to see more of him going forward.
