2. Footage From The Crisis

Ever since The Flash began airing, we knew that the "Crisis" was coming. A catastrophic event in which Barry Allen is due to vanish under red skies following an intense battle with the Reverse-Flash, it was initially set to take place in 2024. However, this season has changed things dramatically as Nora's arrival shifted time itself and, in doing so, has resulted in the Crisis moving forward to 2019.

With it finally on the horizon, the creative team decided to gift us with a little tease as 'Godspeed' provided us with our first snippet of the event itself.

As Nora's backstory unfolded, the future XS learned the truth about her father's true identity as The Flash. But that's not all she learned, as a trip to The Flash Museum saw her accidentally come across a video message that Barry had left for her.

With red skies in the background and explosions all around, a tearful Barry Allen told his daughter how much he loved her and apologised in advance for not being a part of her life. An emotional moment, no doubt, but one that was designed as a nice little tease to prepare us for the impending Crisis On Infinite Earths Arrowverse crossover this fall.

It's all getting very real now. The Crisis is coming.
